MIAMI, Jan. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Celsia Technologies, Inc., (BULLETIN BOARD: CSAT) , a Nevada corporation, today announced that its board of directors approved a one-for-ten reverse stock split of its common stock. The reverse split will become effective on January 14, 2008, when Celsia will file a Certificate of Change with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada.
As a result of the reverse stock split, every ten shares of Celsia's common stock will be combined into one share of common stock. Fractional shares shall be rounded up to the next whole number.
