In connection with the downgrade of Bank of America, N.A.'s long-term Issuer Default Rating (IDR), Fitch Ratings has taken various actions on municipal bonds with letters of credit provided by Bank of America, N.A.
Fitch downgraded the long-term IDR of Bank of America, N.A. to 'A+' from 'AA-' and affirmed the short-term rating at 'F1+' on Jan. 16, 2009.
