(NYSE Alternext US: ADL), a U.S.-based pharmaceutical company with major operations in China, announced today a correction to the press release dated January 30, 2009 announcing the closing of a private placement of senior notes. The press release erroneously indicated that 12% notes were convertible; however, the notes are unsecured senior notes and are not convertible into shares of common stock.
