OfficeMax also announced that it intends to hold its annual meeting of shareholders at 2:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 in Naperville, Illinois. The record date to determine shareholders eligible to vote at the meeting is February 17, 2009.
