DALLAS, Feb. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- New Century Equity Holdings Corp. (BULLETIN BOARD: NCEH) announced today that New Century's acquisition of Wilhelmina International and its affiliates closed today. Effective today, New Century's name will be changed to Wilhelmina International, Inc.
