LongHorn, which was named America's Favorite Steakhouse in 2008 by Restaurants & Institutions annual Consumers' Choice in Chains study, is known for its passion for grilling fresh, tender, juicy steaks including the signature hand-seasoned Flo's Filet and the bone-in Outlaw Ribeye. And there's more on the menu than just the best quality legendary steaks. LongHorn chefs are grilling experts constantly seeking creativity, variety and bold flavors of the west for guests to discover. Items such as LongHorn Salmon, a fresh, hand-cut salmon fillet seasoned with a bourbon marinade; fall-off-the-bone tender Baby Back Ribs; and Sierra Chicken, two grilled chicken breasts topped with fresh, tomato-basil salsa, are just some of the other specialties guests will find on the menu.
"Our inspiration comes from the ideals of the American West," said John Damian, Managing Partner of the new Richmond location. "We believe ideals such as individuality, freedom, simplicity and genuineness appeal to our guests. People are busier than ever these days, and they deserve a place to go where they can relax and unwind in an inviting atmosphere and savor a great steakhouse meal served with genuine western hospitality."
The restaurant opens daily at 11 a.m. for lunch. It's open until 10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
