BOSTON, Feb. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At a meeting held today, shareholders of Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Global Dividend Opportunities Fund (the "Fund") , a closed-end investment company, voted to elect Thomas E. Faust Jr., William H. Park and Heidi L. Steiger as Class II Trustees of the Fund, each for a three-year term, and Helen Frame Peters as Class III Trustee of the Fund to serve until 2010 and Benjamin C. Esty as Class I Trustee of the Fund to serve until 2011, to coincide with the terms of office of their respective classes. The Fund's other Class III and Class I Trustees, who serve staggered terms, were not up for election and remain in office.
