BOSTON, Feb. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At their annual meeting held today, shareholders of Eaton Vance Short Duration Diversified Income Fund (the "Fund") , a closed-end investment company, voted to elect Benjamin C. Esty, Thomas E. Faust Jr., and Allen R. Freedman as Class I Trustees of the Fund, each for a three year term, and Helen Frame Peters as a Class III Trustee of the Fund, to serve until 2011 to coincide with the term of office of her class. The other Class II and Class III Trustees of the Fund, who serve staggered terms, were not up for election and remain in office.
