Weingarten Realty Investors Announces Two Promotions to Vice President

HOUSTON, March 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Weingarten Realty Investors today announced the promotion of Jenny Hyun and Kristen Seaboch to Vice President.

In her role as Divisional Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Jenny Hyun heads the Litigation and Bankruptcy section of our Legal Services Department. Jenny is responsible for evaluating, pursuing and resolving litigation and bankruptcy cases. In addition to litigation and bankruptcy, she has grown her group's role since joining the company to include executing new development and construction contracts. Jenny's drive and commitment to success continue to be an asset to the company and we are proud to announce her promotion to Divisional Vice President, Associate General Counsel. Jenny completed her undergraduate studies at Rice University, received her law degree from the University of Texas Law in 1993, and joined WRI in 2001 from Sheinfeld, Maley & Kay, P.C.

As Divisional Vice President and Controller, Kristen Seaboch has been a great asset to the Accounting Department and company providing sound leadership, and many value added solutions for improvements. Kristen's experience, dedication to constant improvement and technical proficiency are of great value to the company and we are pleased to announce her promotion to Divisional Vice President and Controller. Kristen received her degree from the University of Northern Iowa and has since gained diverse experience in management, finance and systems. She joined WRI as Controller in our Accounting Department in 2006 from Carriage Services, Inc. in Houston where she was Vice President and Controller.
