Based in Onsite's Carlsbad, CA headquarters, Mr. Bruder will be focusing his efforts on strategic planning, developing new strategic business initiatives, project development, consulting and general management of the company. "Dave's experience and reputation in the energy and engineering industries will be a tremendous asset to Onsite as we develop and implement plans for expansion of our energy efficiency and demand side management businesses," said Richard T. Sperberg, Onsite's President and Chief Executive Officer.
Bruder has over 25 years of experience in energy management and facilities design and construction. Prior to joining Onsite, he was a senior manager at Southern California Edison, where he led the development and operation of their $300 million per year non-residential energy efficiency program portfolio. Prior to SCE, Bruder was a Senior Project Engineer at The Parsons Corporation, one of the largest engineering and construction firms in the world. He has managed many large multi-disciplinary engineering design projects, including complex process, cogeneration and industrial facilities. During his tenure with Parsons and SCE, Bruder was responsible for strategic planning, project management, and project engineering. He also led development and management of new programs and improvement of business processes and procedures.
