RICHMOND, Va., April 1 -- Dominion announced today that Paul E. Ruppert has been named senior vice president-Dominion Transmission, effective June 1. He is currently vice president-Pipeline Engineering & Plant Operations.

Ruppert will be responsible for a business that operates one of the world's largest underground natural gas storage systems.
