This agreement with China Trust represents a key milestone in the realization of VSC's strategy to become the largest authentication provider in securing financial transactions in the world. The Asia Pacific region is a key target market representing over 1/3 of the global transaction processing industry valued at $10T USD annually. Under the terms of the agreement, China Trust will distribute, for pilot, 2,500 co-branded VeriSmart(TM) Platinum Visa Cards linked to our patent-pending Authentication system, VerifyNGo(TM), to serve as enterprise payroll, payout and remittance solutions affording centralized control and management of fund disbursement globally, anytime, anywhere. VerifyNGo(TM) is the core engine that will deliver a world class authentication system to ensure the prevention of fraud, chargebacks and identity theft. The VeriSmart(TM) Platinum Visa will yield revenue in multiple ways: volume-based fees for processing; transactional fees for transfers, ATM withdrawals, and POS purchases; and transactional fees for use for VSC's authentication protocols. Through the use of any computer, a mobile device or even a land line, the consumer is empowered to secure and control all their electronic transactions without any worry of loss.
