PORTERVILLE, Calif., April 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sierra Bancorp , parent of Bank of the Sierra, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, subsequent to the Board's review of the Company's preliminary financial results for the first quarter of 2009. The per share dividend is the same as paid last quarter, and represents an amount that the Board feels will likely be sustainable given internal net income projections. The dividend will be paid on May 14, 2009 to shareholders of record as of April 30, 2009.
