BOSTON, April 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At a meeting held today, shareholders of Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Buy-Write Income Fund , Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Buy-Write Opportunities Fund and Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Global Buy-Write Opportunities Fund (the "Funds"), each a closed-end investment company, voted to elect Benjamin C. Esty, Thomas E. Faust Jr. and Allen R. Freedman as Class I Trustees of each Fund, each for a three-year term; and Helen Frame Peters as Class III Trustee of each Fund to serve until 2011, to coincide with the term of office of her class. The Funds' other Class II and Class III Trustees, who serve staggered terms, were not up for election and remain in office.
