MONROE, Mich., May 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- La-Z-Boy Incorporated President and CEO, Kurt L. Darrow, was awarded an Honorary Degree -- Doctor of Human Letters -- from Adrian College, his alma mater, from which he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in 1977. In conjunction with receiving the degree, Darrow gave the Commencement Address to the college's 2009 Graduating Class. His speech focused on the importance of acting with integrity and responsibility throughout one's life and career. He also spoke about keeping a focus on faith, family and friends.
