New billing solution streamlines and automates the billing process while enhancing the customer relationship
From the ACORD LOMA Insurance Systems Forum, Duck Creek Technologies, a leading provider of software and services for the insurance industry, announced its new Duck Creek Billing™ Solution. The Duck Creek Billing Solution is a web-based .NET system and is designed to: support the end-to-end billing process for all lines of property and casualty (P&C) insurance; streamline and automate the billing processes; and support and enhance customer relationship strategies. Early adopter implementations are currently underway at Dovetail Insurance Corporation and SUA Insurance.
Duck Creek Billing shares the same next-generation platform as Duck Creek Policy Administration™ and Rating Solution. It can be purchased with Duck Creek Policy Administration Solution, as a standalone billing solution, or integrated into an insurer’s existing legacy or 3rd party system.
