Redwood Trust Declares $0.25 Per Share Dividend for the Second Quarter of 2009

MILL VALLEY, Calif., May 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Redwood Trust, Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors authorized the declaration of a second quarter regular dividend of $0.25 per share. The second quarter 2009 dividend is payable on July 21, 2009 to stockholders of record on June 30, 2009.
