HONG KONG, June 12 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Longtop Financial Technologies Limited ("Longtop") today announced the resignation from its board of directors of Mr. Paul Wolansky who had been serving as Cathay ITfinancial's board of directors representative since June 2007. Longtop will not be filling the vacancy created by Mr. Wolansky's resignation.
