The proposed agenda of the EGM includes the election of the members of the Board of Directors of SITRONICS.
Shareholders registered as at the record date of July 10, 2009 will be eligible to participate and vote at the meeting. The EGM will take place at 3.00 pm Moscow time at the following address: 39/5, 3-ya Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street, Building 1, Moscow, 125047, Russia.
