Purchase Augments Trace Systems’ IPv6, Continuity of Operations and Next-Generation Networking Capabilities
Trace Systems Inc., a McLean, Virginia based systems integrator and technical services firm that provides comprehensive communications, networking, IT and other C4ISR services and solutions for the U. S. Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and the intelligence community, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of SynExi, LLC of Fairfax, Virginia.
Founded by Dr. Chuck Lynch and Mr. Dale Geesey in 2006, SynExi provides Systems Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and Technology Transition services.Lynch and Geesey are leading industry experts in the IPv6 community, and have provided IP version six (IPv6), technology transition, enterprise architecture, continuity of operations (COOP), systems engineering, training, and testing expertise to organizations such as the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. Navy, U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Juniper, Network General, Hexago, immixGroup, and NetSocket.
