WRGL Announces First Commercial Production Unit to Extract Oil from Tar Sands

MIAMI, July 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Warrior Girl Corp. (Pink Sheets: WRGL) would like to inform the investment community that its first commercial sized unit to extract oil from tar sands and oil shale is operational and being tested this week. The system, known as a Pyrolitic Hydrocarbon Concentrator unit, is based on a unique and proprietary technology licensed from American Resource Energy Company (AREC), and can also be utilized to extract oil from other carbon based feedstock. The test runs this week are using tar sands as feedstock in order to fine-tune the equipment prior to public demonstrations to potential clients, which include several major oil companies. Members of various governmental agencies, state and local government officials and several major oil companies are expected to attend the private demonstrations during the last two weeks of July. During these demonstrations a video will be produced and made available to shareholders for viewing on the company web site. On the final day of the demonstrations, shareholders will be invited to view the production process and meet management.

These demonstrations will highlight the company's ability to strongly impact the recovery of the vast oil reserves that North America holds in tar sands and oil shale, and prove to the major oil buyers and others, that this new technology will have a major impact on the future of North America's oil dependency.

The Company's extraction process is one of the world's most advanced and economical systems for oil sand and oil shale extraction. These cutting edge technologies, combined with rising oil prices put the company in a unique position for rapid expansion and profit.

A WRGL representative will discuss the Pyrolitic Hydrocarbon Concentrator Unit on the Bill Chippas show Thursday at 6:30 P.M. EST on WPSL on 1590 AM on the radio dial.
