BOSTON, July 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At a meeting held today, shareholders of Eaton Vance Enhanced Equity Income Fund (the "Fund"), a closed-end investment company, voted to elect William H. Park, Ronald A. Pearlman and Heidi L. Steiger as Class II Trustees of the Fund, each for a three-year term; and Helen Frame Peters as Class III Trustee of the Fund to serve until 2010, to coincide with the term of office of her class. The Fund's other Class III and Class I Trustees, who serve staggered terms, were not up for election and remain in office.
