Fitch Ratings places 238 bonds from 33 transactions on Rating Watch Negative as part of its ongoing review of the CMBS portfolio using Fitch's updated surveillance criteria.
The Watch Negative status is expected to be resolved over the next 90 days as Fitch evaluates transactions issued in 2006 through 2008.
