Confirmed yesterday during Rentrak's annual shareholders meeting held in New York, Mr. Hochhauser and Ms. MacDonald each bring extensive marketing backgrounds and with their direction and counsel, will serve to enhance Rentrak's multi-platform measurement and analytical offerings.

Richard M. Hochhauser is an Adjunct Professor at New York University and a member of the Board of John Wiley & Sons, Inc. and the Direct Marketing Educational Foundation. Mr. Hochhauser was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of Harte-Hanks, Inc. and during his 33 year tenure at the company was responsible for building their direct marketing business. Mr. Hochhauser also serves on the Boards of four non-profit organizations: The Jewish Museum, City at Peace, Day One, and Reach the World.

Anne MacDonald is Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer for The Travelers Companies. Ms. MacDonald previously worked as a partner with The Rockefeller Consulting Group and prior to that, served as the President and Chief Marketing Officer of Macy's, Inc. after serving as the Chief Marketing Officer for Citigroup's consumer division. Ms. MacDonald's prior professional experience includes serving as Vice President of Brand Management for PepsiCo's Pizza Hut Division and leadership roles at N.W. Ayer advertising.
