PHOENIX, Aug. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- White Electronic Designs Corporation announced today that Thomas M. Reahard decided to step down as a director of the Company. Mr. Reahard tendered his resignation on August 19, 2009 and had served as a member of the Company's Board of Directors since November 1995. Mr. Reahard also served as the Lead Director and was a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating, Compensation and Operations Review Committees.
