Idaho Power Leadership Changes Strengthen Operational Focus and Business Integration

BOISE, Idaho, Sept. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IDACORP, Inc. and Idaho Power today announced the advancement of several company leaders, emphasizing operational collaboration and integration while preparing leadership succession for our company's future.

LaMont Keen. "Our continued success is dependent on constant improvement. The organizational structure changes announced today focus on developing an enterprise that works together, succeeds together and stands together for the benefit of all of our stakeholders."

Darrel Anderson, IDACORP and Idaho Power's senior vice president of Administrative Services and chief financial officer, and Dan Minor, Idaho Power's senior vice president of Delivery, are both taking on new roles as executive vice presidents. Effective Oct. 1, Anderson is executive vice president of Administrative Services and chief financial officer, and Minor is executive vice president of Operations.

"Creating these two new executive leadership positions provides strength and stability for our company's future through preparation for succession, while enabling advancement and leadership development opportunities," added Keen. "Both Darrel and Dan are integral to my leadership team and their hard work, dedication and years of service contribute to the company's ongoing success."

Anderson expands his responsibilities as a senior executive and continues his leadership of Finance, Risk Management and Administrative Services. He also continues in his previous role as chief financial officer for both IDACORP and Idaho Power. Minor's responsibilities expand to include the operations of Power Supply, Delivery Engineering and Operations, and Customer Service and Regional Operations.

Lisa Grow, vice president of Delivery Engineering and Operations, is taking on new responsibilities as the senior vice president of Power Supply. Her new role enhances development across business operations, and encourages alignment and integration in Idaho Power's practices. Grow's operational experience in Delivery and Power Supply, technical background and demonstrated leadership position her well for these new responsibilities.

Vern Porter, general manager of Power Supply, also is taking on new responsibilities and joining executive leadership as vice president of Delivery Engineering and Operations. His contribution in management positions across the company, technical background and knowledge of Power Supply and Delivery operations will enhance collaboration and alignment of operating practices. Throughout his tenure with Idaho Power, Porter's commitment to customers, owners and employees contributed to his advancement and that of the company.
