(OTCBB:AGRT) is pleased to announce that it has received notification that its name change (from Laburnum Ventures Inc. to AGR Tools, Inc.) has been approved by FINRA and the common shares of the company will trade under the symbol AGRT effective as of the opening of business on September 29, 2009.
AGR Tools, Inc. entered into a share exchange with AGR Stone & Tools USA, Inc., a privately held operating company headquartered in Texas. The closing of the share exchange agreement would result in the public company becoming the wholly owned subsidiary of the AGR Tools, Inc., the public company.
