Stereo Vision Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:SVSN), a film production company focused exclusively on producing high-quality, low-cost, polarized 3D feature films, announced today that an agreement had been reached making the private equity firm Wakabayashi Fund LLC, a principal partner in StereoVision.
StereoVision's Chief Executive Officer Jack Honour stated, "This agreement with the Wakabayashi Fund expands our reach for capital from Wall Street to the Pacific Rim. With Wakabayashi Fund being a principal partner, their real upside is in the delivery of shareholder value. Having access to the Pacific Rim institutional money, where they're leading the way with 3D technology (Sony has predicted that 3D TV will be ‘in every home’ by the end of 2010) allows us the opportunity to procure institutional funding for our slate of 3D movies in a very favorable environment."
