After Successfully Auctioning Off a Nine-Story Tall Ferris Wheel on EBay in 2008, Pacific Park Now Brings Specially Priced Holiday Party Packages Online for Bidding
Pacific Park believes EBay can help make a difference for companies this holiday season. In a year where many businesses may not feel like it’s party time due to the challenging economy, Pacific Park is slashing prices up to 40 percent potential savings on five holiday party packages to help lighten the mood. All parties will be available for bidding on EBay for 10 days beginning October 10 at 10 a.m. and can be found by entering “Pacific Park’s Unique Holiday Party Packages” in the search box at http://www.ebay.com.
With minimum reserves reaching as low as 40 percent off their retail price, the heavily discounted parties range from $2,500 for up to 50 guests to $15,500 for up to 350 guests.
“We understand the difficulty in operating in these challenging economic times,” says Jeff Klocke, director of marketing and sales at Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier. “However, it’s the company’s employees that suffer the most with the cutbacks. So, we thought this was the right time to help companies recognize their employees hard work and dedication by creating unique holiday party packages that would be both cost beneficial and raise employee morale.”
With spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, the Santa Monica Coastline and Catalina Island all five holiday parties are set in the all-new, 3,300-square-foot Seaside Pavilion or at Pacific Park exclusively including the Pier Pleasure Luncheon, Dinner and Dancing Under The Stars, Private Pacific Park Party, Twilight Cocktail Party On The Pier and Lunch @ 130 Feet. Complete details are posted on each auction page.
In addition, Pacific Park is posting Inkie’s Top 10 Reasons To Host A Holiday Party at Pacific Park video on YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/pacpark. Inkie is Pacific Park’s fun-loving octopus mascot.
