Community Bank of the Bay (Pink Sheets:CBYAA) has announced that it has expanded to Danville and hired Margie Perry as Vice President and Manager of its new office.
“It is exciting for the bank to have a presence in Danville. With Margie’s many years of experience in serving the financial needs in the Diablo Valley, this is a perfect match,” said Brian Garrett, Chief Executive Officer.
Perry has worked at various community banks in the Diablo Valley for nearly 25 years. “I am excited to be part of a dynamic bank that is prepared to capitalize on opportunities,” says Perry. “Community Bank of the Bay’s philosophy of great customer experience and my knowledge of the local market will be a great combination.”
Perry also serves on the board of directors for Hope Hospice and the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce. She has also been involved with various community groups, including Student Arts for Education.
Several other Community Bank of the Bay executives have ties to Contra Costa County. Brian Garrett is one of the founders of Bank of Walnut Creek and served as CEO of East County Bank. President, William Keller, and Chief Lending Officer, Michael Skubic, were previously with Diablo Valley Bank and its successor Heritage Bank of Commerce.
