Former President and Chief Executive Officer of SAP North America, Greg Tomb, has launched a new company, Vivido Labs, Inc., focused on supporting and helping SAP customers after their projects go live.
During the five years he ran SAP's Service businesses for the Americas, Tomb noted that the first year or two after SAP programs launched could be substantially challenging for customers from many fronts.Seeing an opportunity to help customers become more self-sufficient in supporting SAP, stabilize their environments using low cost remote assistance, and improve overall usability for users of SAP, Tomb is building a team of the best SAP experts in the world to work with Vivido to help fill this gap in the SAP marketplace.Toward this end, Vivido offers three high impact solutions for SAP customers - Vivido Knowledge Exchange, Vivido Remote Expert Services and Vivido Usability Products.

Tomb's experience at SAP extended for more than 12 years in which he served a number of key positions helping drive SAP's growth in the Americas. Prior to serving as the Chief Executive Officer at SAP North America, Tomb was the Executive Vice President of SAP Services for SAP Americas. In this position, he was responsible for the leadership of SAP's North American Service Lines of Business.With more than 4,000 services professionals under his leadership, Tomb's continual focus on customer success was instrumental in expanding SAP's service offerings that enabled SAP's customers to drive more value out of their SAP investments and lower their total cost of ownership.
With such a vast experience base, Tomb is uniquely qualified to both understand and tackle the ongoing challenges customers experience post-implementation.He will be working very closely with his former colleagues at SAP to ensure the highest degree of success and satisfaction with SAP implementations.
