The change of total voting rights is effective as of 28.10.2009. additional (optional) statements: Based on the authorization granted by the shareholders' meeting dated 16.10.2009 and the resolutions of the management board as of 22/23.10.2009 with consent of the supervisory board, the authorized capital has been partly exercised and the share capital has been increased from EUR 36,000,000.00 by EUR 3,599,999.00 to EUR 39,599,999.00 by issuing 3,599,999 new no par value shares against cash contribution under exclusion of the subscription rights.
