COLT Deploys SuccessFactors to Support Business Strategy / Initiative to align talent and key competencies of all 4,500 employees across Europe and India to drive business strategy

COLT is using SuccessFactors to deploy a new competency framework, aligning and engaging its internal talent to drive organizational performance and growth. SuccessFactors' software is being deployed to all 4,500 employees in Europe and India.
