Ball Board Declares Dividend

BROOMFIELD, Colo., Oct. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ball Corporation's board of directors today declared a cash dividend of 10 cents per share, payable Dec. 15, 2009, to shareholders of record on Dec. 1, 2009.

Ball will announce its third quarter results on Thursday, Oct. 29, before the market opens. Conference call details are included below.
