Transfer of Shares held in Treasury Misys plc announces that on 25 November 2009 it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 30,581 ordinary shares at option prices ranging from 175 pence to 193 pence per share. The shares were all formerly held as Treasury shares. Following the above transfer of shares out of Treasury, Misys plc holds a total of 47,073,494 ordinary shares in Treasury.
