(ONCI.OB) is pleased to announce that it's wholly owned subsidiary, Charity Tunes Inc., has entered into a music download Promotion Agreement with a Canadian food distributor. The Promotion Agreement will see ConAgra distribute over 1.6 million pre-paid Charity Tunes music downloads with select food products during 2010.
Charity Tunes has generated more than CDN$100,000 in revenue in the last fiscal quarter ended October 31, 2009 and it anticipates that it will generate another CDN$100,000 in revenue in its second quarter to April 30, 2010.
