TULSA, Okla., Dec. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of Apco Oil and Gas International Inc. has approved a regular quarterly dividend of 2 cents per share on the company's ordinary shares.
The dividend is payable on Jan. 19, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 8, 2010.
