("Amarc" or the "Company") (TSX Venture: AHR; OTCBB: AXREF) announces a private placement of up to 10 million common shares at a price of $0.50 per share. Approximately 50% of the financing will be flow through. Insiders of the Company will participate. Proceeds from the flow-through portion of the financing will be used for Canadian exploration expenses. Up to a 6% cash fee may be payable with respect to a portion of the financing. The financing is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
