NEW YORK, Jan. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Burger King Holdings Inc. will replace MPS Group Inc. in the S&P MidCap 400 after the close of trading on Friday, January 15. MPS is being acquired by S&P Global 1200 constituent Adecco S.A. in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date.
