"We're delighted to introduce seasonal service to Myrtle Beach, one of the premier recreational destinations in the Southeast," said Gary Foss, Vice President - Planning and Marketing for the AMR Regional Network. "The direct flights will provide access to millions of travelers who are looking for an affordable family vacation but may not have considered the Myrtle Beach area in the past."

"This new non-stop flight allows us the opportunity to reach Dallas/Fort Worth area golfers, and also provides more convenient access from all the markets in American's network," said Bill Golden, President of Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday. "We look forward to the success of this route and growing our relationship with American Eagle in the future."
