TULSA, Okla., Feb. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global Power Equipment Group Inc. (Pink Sheets: GLPW) ("Global Power" or the "Company") today announced that Candice Cheeseman, who had served as the Company's general counsel and secretary since May 2004 and as its vice president of administration since July 2008, has resigned, effective February 19, 2010, in order to assume the position of general counsel at SemGroup Corporation, a Tulsa headquartered midstream service company serving the energy industry.
In announcing Ms. Cheeseman's departure, David Keller, who joined Global Power as its President and CEO in September 2009, commented, "SemGroup is a much larger company than Global Power and assuming the general counsel position represents a great opportunity for Candice.
