Leading Restaurant Chain Executives will Share Insights from Their Operations
ArrowStream, a leading provider of supply chain management solutions for the foodservice industry, announced it will host an industry panel of leading restaurant executives and present its findings from Supply Chain Insights Survey: a Foodservice Industry Perspective at the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association's Chain Operator Exchange (COEX) in Orlando FL, March 1, 2010.
ArrowStream conducted the survey from August 4- 21, 2009, and more than 50 executives representing 37 companies completed it.
To present the findings in context of the industry, ArrowStream invited four of the industry's leading supply chain executives to discuss challenges, best practices and opportunities in supply chain management.
Led by Alex Brown, EVP of ArrowStream, panelists will include:
- Larry Behm, SVP at Panda Restaurant Group,
- Scott Deibert, VP of Supply Chain Management & QA at Fazoli's Management System,
- Glenn Douglas, VP of Supply Chain at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, and

These industry leaders will compare their own challenges and experiences related to operational efficiency and bottom-line success and conduct a Q&A to address participants' specific concerns.
