("CO2 Solution") and its President & CEO, Glenn Kelly, the Board of Directors authorized, on February 23rd, the grant of 350,000 stock options to Mr. Kelly at a price of $0.18 per share, which corresponds to the closing price of the shares of CO2 Solution on the day of the grant of the stock options.
