Preferred Bank Announces Filing of Amended 10-Q for September 30, 2009

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Preferred Bank (the "Bank") today announced that it has filed its amended Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2009. As previously announced, the Bank amended its Call Report for the same period as a result of a regulatory examination. In conjunction with this filing, the Bank also determined that the recording of a valuation allowance was not required against the Bank's deferred tax asset.
