SHANGHAI, April 23 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Real Estate Information Corporation (China) Holdings Limited ("CRIC") , a leading provider of real estate information, consulting, advertising and online services in China, today announced that it filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2009 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 23, 2010. The Annual Report on Form 20-F can be accessed on the Company's investor relations website at http://ir.cric.com/.
