TUPELO, Miss., April 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At their regular quarterly meeting on, April 28, 2010, the Board of Directors of BancorpSouth, Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per common share. The dividend is payable July 1, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2010.
BancorpSouth previously reported net income of $8.4 million or $0.10 per diluted share for the first quarter of 2010.
