New business unit to provide Titanium's loss mitigation expertise to new market
Titanium Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Titanium Solutions, Inc., a provider of loss mitigation solutions, and Excellen REO, an REO asset management company, recently announced that it has expanded its presence into Puerto Rico with the launch of Titanium Loan Servicing of Puerto Rico. Titanium Loan Servicing PR is a full service loss mitigation, home retention, short sale services, and REO provider that serves the Puerto Rican market. Its capabilities include central contact center, on-site and in-home services. Titanium Loan Servicing PR is also licensed as a sub-servicer on the island.

Isidor leads Titanium Loan Servicing PR as president. She is responsible for establishing the company's presence in the Puerto Rican mortgage market, guiding the strategic direction and managing day-to-day operations. Isidor comes to Titanium Loan Servicing PR with more than 26 years of mortgage banking experience. Most recently, she was the senior vice president of the servicing department for RG Mortgage Corp. Additionally, Isidor has served as president of the servicing committee of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Puerto Rico since 2008.
