MAIDEN, N.C., May 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Air T, Inc. today announced Board of Director approval for payment of a $0.33 per share fiscal 2010 annual cash dividend, to be paid on June 25, 2010 to shareholders of record June 4, 2010.
Air T, Inc. also announced that it intends to release its results for year-end March 31, 2010 on Tuesday, June 8, 2010. Walter Clark, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, and John Parry, Chief Financial Officer, will hold a conference call at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on June 8, 2010 to review the results.
