NEW YORK, May 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- EDGAR® Online, Inc. announced today that it will be rescheduling the date of its annual meeting, originally planned for June 22, 2010. The company expects to hold its annual meeting by the end of the third quarter.
The company will announce a new date along with the release of its preliminary proxy.
