TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 06/02/10 -- Healthscreen Solutions Inc. (TSX VENTURE: MDU), Canada's premier provider of physician practice enhancement services and electronic medical record (EMR) software, today announced that the annual and special meeting of the Company's shareholders has been rescheduled from Tuesday, June 8, 2010 to Thursday, July 15, 2010. The shareholders meeting will be held at the Company's head office located at 80 Bloor Street West, Suite 1101, Toronto, Ontario.
In order to comply with the requirements of applicable corporate and securities laws it has been necessary for the Company to fix a new record date for notice of the annual and special meeting. The new record date for notice of the annual and special meeting will be Friday, June 11, 2010. The Company will mail an amended notice of meeting, amended management proxy circular and amended form of proxy to its shareholders with respect to the rescheduled annual and special meeting.
Other Events
Burrard Street Capital has been retained to perform certain investor relations services. Burrard Street Capital's mandate will be to focus on developing and expanding the network of investors, analysts, and financial intermediaries who are interested in following the Healthscreen investment story.
